We are experienced in dealing with employment tribunal claims from its very initial stages through to full hearing including completing claim forms, drafting grounds of claim, investigating claims, preparation of witness statements, preparation of bundles of documents, chronologies, lists of issues, preparation for the substantive hearings and also negotiation of compromise agreements.
We represent clients in the Employment Tribunal in Case Management Hearings, pre-hearing reviews and in full substantive hearing. Upon request we also represent and assist our clients in disciplinary hearings conducted by employers.
